Megan Cuevas - Luxury Homes Director

Megan has a wide range of experience which includes an impressive knowledge of single-family homes, condominiums, penthouses, lakefront living and commercial properties. Born and raised in Cleveland she prides herself on her broad knowledge of the downtown market and all surrounding suburbs. Megan is a Certified Relocation Specialist and has built an impressive A list of corporations and individual clientele moving into, around, and out of Cleveland. EZ Sales Team Managing Partner - Mike Zinicola

Mike aquired his business degree from Bowling Green State University in Business Economics. After BGSU he attended The Ohio State University College of Law, received his Juris Doctor, passed the Bar immediately and practiced law for many years. "While I respect the talent and dedication required to be a great attorney, it was not my passion. So in the nineties I moved into Real Estate." Since 2000, he has exclusively worked as a Realtor. "I love my work. At my previous company I set a record for a first year agent selling over 5 million in real estate. In 2011 the team I developed brought in over 28 million." Mike has brought his experience and business skills that have established a reputation of an agent that knows how handle tough transactions.
